Dear Roger and Tom,

We greet you in the name of Jesus Christ. I want to write you and tell you about our ministry. First, I praise God for all the good things He has done here in Mindat township through our ministry. We take advantage of being a care taker of some poor children not only helping them for their physical needs but we also training them as much as we can with the Word of God and teaching them about the Christian life.

One thing we are very much satisfied with is that we have been able to lead the children we care for to a living faith in Christ. Many children in our area are recruited and taken to the Buddhist monastery schools in Yangon.  The ministry we have been given is to rescue some of these children so that they can become ambassadors for Christ in an area where there are few Christians.

We are still trying to have a way of being self-supportive and so we have our kids working with us planting the yam seeds, sunflower, and star beans, farming goats and fish as we have time.

We are so happy to see the material blessings we enjoy but also are thankful for spiritual developments as we join with the believers in Luk Pe village where Bryce Home 9 is located and where my brother Ling Khaw Ghe is the pastor.

We thank you very much for of your financial help in this ministry. Perishing souls are coming to believe in the living God.
