Romans 3:19-24 "Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore, by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus”.
Comment: Do you understand the law of God? We have laws made by man but greater are the laws instituted by God. The law determines who is righteous based on their own works and who is not. The answer to that issue is there has been only One who has lived. This is Jesus the Creator and the Law Maker. He fulfilled the law and it is only by His grace that we can be made righteous through the gospel. This of course takes a willful decision.
Application: Many may profess to be religious and even Christian but have not accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ that is found in the Holy Bible. There is only one way to be saved and to have eternal life. One must acknowledge the Savior Jesus Christ who was resurrected from the dead and who lives today. We need to repent of our sins and accept Him alone.
