The head of the Roman Catholic Church wants to lead the world in an effort to promote avenues to fix the climate. While billions of people around the world are headed towards a lost eternity, Pope Francis seems to have another priority. This makes one wonder if the gospel that Paul and others preached as recorded in the New Testament is even understood by the Pope and those who are setting up the coming One World Religion.

Pope Francis says we have a “grave ethical and moral responsibility” to act on climate change “without delay,” setting aside particular interests and moving forward “in a manner as free as possible from political and economic pressures.” The poorest and future generations, especially, are depending on it. The Pope said this in a message released today and addressed to the Moroccan minister for foreign affairs, Salaheddine Mezouar. The minister is chairing the 22nd meeting of the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Agreement on Climate Change (COP22),  taking place in Morocco through Friday.

“The current situation of environmental degradation, closely connected to the human, ethical and social degradation that unfortunately we experience every day, calls upon all of us, each with his or her own role and competences, and leads us to meet here with a renewed sense of awareness and responsibility,” the Pope said.
