When it comes to rulings promoted by the United Nations against Israel, there is only one way to make sense of the nonsense. Israel is despised by the nations of the world just as the Bible predicted that it would be in the last days. The God of Israel is the God of the Bible and will not be mocked. It is only a matter of time until Bible prophecy will be fulfilled and the nations that come against Israel will be judged.

On the same day Israel celebrated its 69th birthday, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, better known as UNESCO, passed a resolution declaring Israel an "occupying power" in Jerusalem.
"All legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel, the occupying power, which have altered or purport to alter the character and status of the Holy City of Jerusalem, and in particular the "basic law" on Jerusalem, are null and void and must be rescinded forthwith," the resolution stated. Last October, UNESCO passed a similar resolution denying Jewish ties to the Temple Mount and Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City, declaring them Muslim "holy sites." The resolution also passed a day before President Trump is due to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
