The alleged appearance of Virgin Mary and baby Jesus in a window has seen dozens of faithful Christians flocking to a small village in the Ukraine.
A double-glazed window has been put up during the construction of a house in Beregovoy, western Ukraine, at which point the Virgin Mary 'appeared' on the pane. As devout Christians, locals took the image of Mary and Jesus as a sign, and began praying to the window.
Although most people would struggle to see anything at all in the window, locals are convinced that it is indeed a sign from God.
The house is also said to be warmer than the other buildings and 'exudes a calm presence by spreading positive feelings', according to members of the community.
