A California court has ruled in favor of Chuck Smith's widow Kay in a lawsuit against Brian Brodersen and the Board of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. Supporters of Kay Smith include close relatives brother-in-law Paul Smith, daughter Jan Manderson and son Jeff Smith.
