Pastor Dan McAlpin

Pastor Dan came to know Jesus Christ later in life at age 38, thanks to the grace of God and the prayers and witness of so many, especially his precious wife Jackie. Dan and Jackie were married in 1980 and have been blessed with 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

The ministry at Living Water Christian Fellowship began in 1999 as a home Bible Study for 2 1/2 years. This was followed by the Lord's leading to plant a church in the Town of Irondequoit, a suburb of Rochester, NY where they began to minister in a former convent. In 2005 the Lord opened an opportunity to lease and purchase a building for the church body to gather in their present location at 1440 East Ridge Road.

Pastor Dan's guiding scripture in ministry: Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
