Ministry Update |

March 1, 2008
Dear friends of the ministry,
It is amazing to see what God has done in the country of Myanmar over the past two years. Our project to take the gospel along with humanitarian aid (Let There Be Light) has been directed by the LORD. This vision to work alongside several Christians in Myanmar who already had a vision of their own to share the gospel with their own people is truly a modern day miracle unfolding before our eyes. As the result of this partnership, four Bryce Homes have been established with over 60 children that have been given shelter, education, clothes and loving care by Christians who are training the children to be ambassadors for Jesus Christ. Further, through the provisions given by additional sponsors we also have been able to support ten missionaries who are actively involved in spreading the gospel throughout the country of Myanmar. This update is to inform you (Lord willing) that I will be returning to Myanmar to visit the Bryce Homes and the leaders who are managing these projects. Further, we have plans to establish Yangon Grace Bible School in the near future, beginning the first semester later this year. This will require further support we believe will be provided. The purpose of this school is to train up young men and women to be missionaries in their own country which is over 90 per cent Buddhist. In the near future I will be sending out further information with regard to a sponsorship program for the Bible students who we are presently recruiting. When I return from Myanmar I will provide more details on this new project. Last year about this time we began our Bryce Home sponsorship program. We were grateful for how quickly individual sponsors came on board to provide a one year commitment for the support we needed for the Bryce Home program. We will soon be asking the sponsors if they are willing to continue. Those who may not be able to commit for an additional year, we will be looking for new sponsors. In order to share with you how financial support has been translated into an investment that could never be evaluated in material terms, I will now post some comments that the children of Bryce Homes have written. I know you will be blessed and your heart will be touched by what they have written.
